Bindu  has done her MSW from Jamia Millia & graduation in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She has to her credit a Masters degree in Economics & a diploma in Training & Development. She has headed the HR function in reputed IT firms and in her professional career she has worked for NIIT Ltd, GE Capital, Net Across Ltd, Amway India Enterprises, Engineers India Ltd and TGK (India) Ltd an authorized training centre of Oracle, Cressanda Solutions Ltd. Her expertise lies in synergizing Talent Acquisition, HR best practices, HR strategies and operations, Organization structuring and Organizational Development.Bindu is a Core member of NAESCON. She is a visiting faculty in MBA institutes.


Kanta S Paul,  Advisor MA (English).

Kanta is an avid writer and has won National level awards in writing .She is our advisor in Counselling services.


Surinder Pal, Advisor  MA (Economics),  Foreign language expert ,Chinese .He is our advisor in BFSI vertical and new market initiative.

She has specialization in Biotechnology. She has done her doctorate in Genetics,University of Delhi from Dept of Genetics, UDSC.She has masters and Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Dept of Biochemistry. She has been the Subject Expert of Biotechnology at CBSE. She has been recipient of UGC-CSIR and GATE Fellowship.

Seema Sirohi is an alumni of Hans Raj College in Anthroplogy, an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad and has also done her GNIIT. She has been associated with Athent and NIIT Technologies in senior Technical roles.
